Internal Revenue Service - Part 2



IRS Commissioner Lawrence B. Gibbs recently predicted that 71 million Americans would contact the IRS with tax questions during 1987, and that "around 90%" of them would receive correct responses. This is a much higher figure than those ordinarily given by private and governmental sources.
