Free Webinar: Compensation Trends for 2025
A new study released last month by the Hartford Institute for Religion Research found 61 percent of religious leaders believe their congregations are “in excellent or good financial health” compared with 2020.
But those leaders—representing more than 50 Christian denominations and other faith traditions—also noted overall giving hasn’t kept up with inflation.
Those inflationary pressures, combined with major regulatory changes for how overtime gets paid to certain exempt employees, has set the stage for an interesting budgeting season.
How will your church handle pay raises and job offers heading into 2025, given these unusual factors?
I’m teaming with ChurchSalary’s Aaron Hill to address that question through a free webinar on August 21. We’ll be joined by Chemistry Staffing’s Matt Steen and My Church Law Firm’s Dustin Gaines. They will offer their respective expertise with candidate searches and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance.
Our goal: Help you and your leaders navigate answers and solutions before you make decisions heading into next year.
Get started by signing up for the free webinar, then take our quick anonymous survey (we’ll discuss trends we see from the results during the webinar).
The Lord bless you and keep you,
