Note: The relevant portion of each state's law describing the status of clergy for jury duty is set forth below in alphabetical order. All statutes are subject to change, and so this appendix should not be relied upon. To determine the current text of any law, you should visit a library containing your state statutes, or consult with an attorney. Only those states having statutes or rules exempting clergy from jury duty are listed.
